They are designed for display and not for active use, especially not in situations where they could cause harm or damage. We are not liable for any injury, harm, or damage caused by the misuse of our products, including injuries resulting from improper handling, failure to follow safety guidelines, or incorrect use. Clonera 3D is not responsible for damages to persons or property resulting from the misuse of its products, including injury to children or pets. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to ensure that all safety instructions are followed and that products are kept out of the reach of children. Improper handling or storage may cause damage to the product, and Clonera 3D is not responsible for such damages after the product has been delivered.All prints are painted with acrylic paints and are treated with a primer for initial coverage and a fixative for durability. These sculptures are intended solely for decorative purposes and should be kept out of reach of young children. They should not be placed in mouths or handled roughly, as misuse may cause damage or injury. Clonera 3D accepts no liability for any improper use of these sculptures. Some sculptures may include wire decorative in the hands and feet for additional structure, strictly as decorative items. 4. Refund and Return Policy All Clonera 3D products are custom-made, and therefore, refunds are subject to strict limitations. By placing an order, you agree to the following refund policy: Refund Stages: 30% of the total order cost is non-refundable once the design process begins. This includes any work initiated on custom modeling and design. 60% of the total order cost is non-refundable once the product has been printed, reflecting the costs of materials, labor, and production. No refunds will be issued once the product has been painted and approved by you. Upon approving the final image of the painted product, the sale is considered final, and no further modifications or refunds will be granted. Damage During Shipping: If your product arrives damaged, you must notify Clonera 3D within 48 hours of receipt, providing photo evidence of the damage. We will work to either replace or repair the damaged product, depending on the severity of the issue. However, Clonera 3D reserves the right to determine the appropriate remedy for such situations. 10. Shipping Policy We ship products worldwide using reputable carriers. Shipping fees and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping option you choose at checkout. Shipping and Delivery: Domestic Orders typically take between 3 and 8 business days for delivery, while international orders may take longer depending on customs and local postal services. International Duties and Taxes: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply to their order. Clonera 3D is not responsible for delays caused by customs or for any additional fees imposed by your country. Lost or Stolen Packages: Once Clonera 3D hands over the product to the shipping carrier, we are no longer liable for the package. In cases where the package is lost or stolen during transit, it is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Clonera 3D is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If an issue arises, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in contacting the shipping provider, but ultimately, we do not take responsibility for the carrier's delivery process. Delayed Delivery: Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Any delays due to customs, weather, strikes, or any unforeseen circumstances are beyond Clonera 3D’s control, and we will not be held responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. Packaging and Handling: Clonera 3D takes every measure to ensure that products are properly packaged and protected during transit.
